Mohamed Almarzooqi

Mohamed Almarzooqi is the Acting Chief Financial Officer and Director of Group Financial Reporting & Planning and Accounting at EGA.

Mr. Almarzooqi joined Dubai Aluminium in 2007, as a Business Performance Analyst in the Finance department. From 2013 to 2014, he served in the integration management team that prepared for and implemented the merger between DUBAL and Emirates Aluminium that formed EGA. Mr. Al Marzooqi was then appointed as Senior Manager in the Strategy & Corporate Development team.

Mr. Almarzooqi returned to the Finance department as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting in 2019.

Mr. Almarzooqi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah, and a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai.
