EGA has been recruiting graduates for decades, with many going on to forge enduring and prosperous careers within our organisation. Three of our current Executive Committee members began their journey at EGA as fresh graduates.

Our Graduate Training Programme is designed to equip Emirati graduates with a comprehensive training experience lasting 18 to 24 months (depending on specialism), enabling you to then assume a role as first-line supervisors. While preference is given to graduates in engineering fields, we also consider candidates from other disciplines based on our organisation's specific needs.

For each graduate trainee, we develop a tailored training plan that encompasses on-the-job experience, technical skill enhancement, and programmes for management and leadership competency development.

Every graduate trainee is paired with a dedicated mentor, and we conduct regular progress review meetings to ensure your growth and development within the company.

The primary objective of our Graduate Training programme is to seamlessly integrate young UAE Nationals into our workforce, fostering the company's future success. We aim to harness your unique skills, enabling you to reach your full career potential.

To be eligible for consideration for our Graduate Training programme, you must meet the following criteria:

• UAE National holding a valid UAE passport.
• Be between 20 and 30 years old.
• Our preference is for fresh graduates, but you may have up to three years of work experience.
• Hold a Higher Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree.
